What this website collects

This website is an informational site for Holiday Inn Express Grande Prairie. It does not require an account and does not itself process payments or reservations.

• Booking: when you select "Check Official Rates," you leave this site and complete your reservation on IHG.com. IHG's own privacy policy governs information you provide there.
• Forms: if you submit the group request form, we receive the details you enter (name, contact information, stay details) and use them only to respond to your inquiry. Form submissions are processed by our website host (Netlify).
• Email and phone: contacting us at fd@hiexgp.com or 1-780-814-9446 shares whatever you choose to include; we use it to help you.
• Cookies and analytics: this website does not currently set marketing cookies. If analytics are added in the future, this page will be updated and any required consent mechanism put in place first.
• Third-party content: pages load fonts from Google Fonts and hotel photography from IHG's image servers; those providers may receive standard technical request data (such as IP address) when content loads.

Your choices

You can request a copy or deletion of inquiry details you've sent us by emailing fd@hiexgp.com. Questions about reservation data should be directed to IHG through your booking confirmation.
