Reservations are made securely on IHG.com. Cancellation and deposit terms vary by the rate and dates you choose — the exact policy is shown before you confirm, and that rate-specific policy governs your booking. For help, call the front desk.

Check-in from 3:00 PM; check-out by 11:00 AM. Minimum check-in age is 18. Government-issued ID and a valid payment card are required at check-in. Ask the front desk about early check-in or late check-out availability.

Designated pet rooms welcome up to 2 pets per room for a fee of $25 CAD per night. Pet rooms must be booked by phone (1-780-814-9446) so the correct room type is assigned. Pets are not permitted in jacuzzi suites. Service animals are welcome throughout the hotel and are not subject to the pet fee.

The indoor pool area is for registered guests. Children must be supervised by an adult. The pool operates year-round apart from scheduled maintenance closures, which are posted as notices on this website — confirm current status with the front desk before pool-focused stays.

Free on-site parking for registered guests during their stay, including space for trucks, trailers and buses. The hotel does not offer park-and-fly or long-term vehicle storage. See the parking page for details.

The hotel is 100% smoke-free, including all guest rooms, balconies and indoor public areas. Cleaning fees apply for smoking in non-smoking areas.

Please be considerate of other guests, particularly overnight. The hotel may address disturbances to protect all guests' comfort.
